Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged,

Registration

To place an order you will need to provide us with your Personal Information. Personal Information here means, but not limited to, Name, Birthday, Billing address, Shipping Address, Email address. You must also ensure that all details provide is true and accurate as this will facilitate our administration.

Prices

Price stated in this webstore will be in Singapore Dollars.

All prices for ready design items are clearly stated in the website. For customised items, price will be provided in email exchange and will go into production upon receipt of payment.

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this and give you option to reconfirm order at the correct price or cancel the order. In the instance whereby you decide to cancel the order, we will provide a full refund to you. If you agree to the updated price, there will be a need for you to make additional transfer to us. We are under no obligation to fulfil your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your order has been acknowledged by us).

Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer, paylah, paynow and paypal only.

If you prefer bank transfer, paylah or paynow, please update us via email at sales@ediaink.com with your order number and transaction number. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

If you prefer to make payment via paypal, you may do so directly upon checkout and we will be updated upon payment receipt. The name of business that will appear in your statement account is DECORINKENT.

Mistaken Order

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted to the webstore please contact sales@ediaink.com with your order number. We will try our best to process your request.

If you discover that you have received wrong product from us, please contact sales@ediaink.com with your order number. We apologize for the mistake made and we will try our best to assist you in making replacement for the order.

Refusal of Order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website, in a case whereby the product is not available for sale anymore. We will make our best effort to process all order but there may be an exceptional case whereby we have to refuse the order.

If we cancel the order and you have made payment for it, you may either replace it with another product or we will issue a refund to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this site or for refusing to process or accept any order.

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide.

For local delivery:
Please allow us 4-5 working days to process your order. For order above 50pcs, please liase with us over email on the leadtime.

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date , but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some location in which event, we will inform you using the contact details provided and arrange for cancellation of order or arrange delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We deliver in our standard packaging polymailer bag. There will be a flat fee for delivery via courier.

All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. We will use a third party courier service for products checked out with Local Delivery.

Faulty Products

If the item you receive is faulty*, please contact us at sales@ediaink.com and provide us with the order number, you name, address, details of the product, reason for return as well as a photo of it. Please also indicate if you require a refund or a replacement.

Upon receipt of the faulty product we will examine it and advise you on your right to a replacement or refund via email.

In the event whereby the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the product and may require you to pay all reasonable delivery cost to return back the product to you. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

*Minor variations in measurement is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life as much as possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within 15days of receipt. The product shall be un-used, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Product tags shall not be tampered with and the product shall be in the original packaging (if applicable). However, you will be liable to the return cost. This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable items. Customised items are non refundable.

You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.

Return request may be made by contacting us at sales@ediaink.com and provide us with the order number, you name, address, details of the product, reason for return as well as a photo of it. Please also indicate if you require a refund or a replacement. Please return the item to us using delivery method that allows tracking.

Upon receipt of the product we will advise you on your right to a replacement or your preferred refund method. All this will be done via email.

Vouchers

You may use promotional vouchers and e-gift cards during checkout.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless Ediaink, its founders, affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and / or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted and updated here. Your continued use of our website following any change constitutes your consent to the change.

When you submit an order to the website, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your order.
