I have a design to customise, how do I proceed with it?
Drop us an email at sales@ediaink.com with your design and the product you would like us to customise and our sales personnel will get back to you within 24hours.
How long do we need to wait for the items?
Please allow 3-4 working days for ready made design bags to be shipped out and allow 7-10 working days for customised designs of small order quantity. For order above 50pcs, please liase with us over email on the leadtime.
Is there any restriction to customisation?
Customisation is flexible. We have different ways to customise your special product. Different design may require different methods and will cost differently. Usually it will cost additional of S$1.00 for customisation. Please liase with us via email for further details.
I like a design on one of your item, but would like to get it printed on other items, is this possible?
It depends on the design, as different items have different printing format. Drop us an email at sales@ediaink.com, our sales personnel will assist you.
I like a design on one of your item, but I would like to change the font/change some phrases/add another word, is this possible?
Yes, of course. Drop us an email at sales@ediaink.com, our sales personnel will assist you.

If I opt for self collection, where can I collect it?
You may arrange self collection at our office.

For Collection, please drop us an email at sales@ediaink.com with your order number and payment details and arrange collection date with us. Our sales personnel will liase with you personally. Please take note there is lead time.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship locally, Singapore.
How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping for order above S$100.00, otherwise, there will be a flat fee for delivery via registered mail / courier. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.
I ordered 2 tote bags and opt for registered mail, it states there its S$5.50, but why am I charged S$11.00?
This is because the shipping cost for registered mail is flat rate. S$5.50 is charged per bag. You may want to considered checking out with our local delivery instead.
